The United States Men's National Soccer Team (USMNT) proudly represents the United States in men's international soccer competitions, operating under the jurisdiction of the United States Soccer Federation and holding memberships in FIFA and CONCACAF.

The upcoming Copa America 2024, the 48th edition of this prestigious tournament, will be hosted in the United States and co-organized by CONCACAF. This marks the second time the U.S. will host the event, with the previous occasion being the Copa America Centenario in 2016. Scheduled to take place from June 20 to July 14, 2024, the tournament holds extra significance as the winner will later vie for supremacy in the 2025 CONMEBOL–UEFA Cup of Champions against the UEFA Euro 2024 victor.

As the hosts and the top-ranked team in CONCACAF according to the FIFA rankings, the USA Copa America team enjoys the status of a seeded team alongside reigning champions Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. Group C was predestined for the USA Copa America team, and the draw revealed the other teams in the group stage.

Kicking off the group play on June 23rd at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the USA Copa America team faces Bolivia. The journey continues on June 27th at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, where they clash with Panama. Wrapping up the group stage at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on July 1st, the team squares off against Uruguay.
