Ireland T20 World Cup

The Irish men's cricket team represents all of Ireland at international cricket level. The Irish Cricket Union, operating under the brand Cricket Ireland, is the governing body of the sport in Ireland and organizes the international team. Ireland have qualified for the Men's T20 World Cup 2024 following positive results in the European region qualifiers on Thursday. While defeat to Germany gave Ireland a boost.

Ireland competes in all three major forms of international play: Tests, One-Day Internationals and T20 World Cup. They are the 11th full member of the International Cricket Council and the second full member from Europe to achieve Test status along with Afghanistan on 22 June 2017.
