Grand Prairie Stadium is a cricket ground and former stadium in Grand Prairie, Texas. Opened in May 2008, it served as the home stadium of the American Professional Baseball Association's Texas AirHogs from 2008 to 2019 and USL League Two soccer team Texas United from 2017 to 2019.
Following the closure of the AirHogs in October 2020, it was announced that American Cricket Enterprises—a commercial partner of USA Cricket—had acquired the lease of the AirHogs stadium and planned to redevelop the stadium as a cricket ground. A $20 million renovation began in April 2022, after which the stadium hosted the Texas Super Kings in Major League Cricket's domestic T20 league. The stadium also serves as the home and training base for the US National Team.
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 will be the 9th edition of the T20 World Cup, a biennial Twenty20 International (T20I) tournament contested by men's national teams and organised by the International Cricket Council. It is scheduled to be hosted by the West Indies and the United States from 4 June to 30 June 2024. It will be the first ICC World Cup tournament to feature matches played in the United States.
